Vendor Profile - Bella La Vida

Bella la Vida is owned by Kristine McFarland, a Sonoma Wine Country based artist, specializing in creating pieces inspired by el Dia de los Muertos, Day of the Dead. She has always admired the reuse/repurpose, warmth and spirituality of Mexican folk art. She appreciates the Latino culture and expresses the meaning of el Dia de los Muertos through her work. By using top quality items, bold colors, and of course skulls, she creates beautiful, fun pieces to decorate your home.

Her creative inspiraton has always been her Grandmother (g.r.h.s.) who painted carousel horses in her barn to help support the family. She was a master at tatting and an all around beautiful woman. Kristine would create pieces of 'art' on her kitchen table which usually consisted of a glittery cotton ball glued to a paper plate, she told her one day people would love her creations.
